2.3 地板下的PE管:隐藏的”第二台空调”

在装修时(或局部翻新时),在地板下面铺设一层PE管。这些管子就是ABC系统的辐射末端——冬天走热水,地板变暖;夏天走冷水,地板变凉。

你平时完全看不到这些管子,它们就安静地躺在地板下面,默默工作。但你一定能感受到它们的存在——因为脚下的地板,终于有了温度。


三、它是怎么工作的?

ABC空调系统有两种工作模式:冬季制热和夏季制冷。我们用最简单的方式说清楚。

3.1 冬天:空调连地暖

制热时的流程是:室外机 → 空调伴侣 → 室内机 → 回到室外机。

具体来说:

关键来了: 传统空调只有一个”放热站”(室内机),冷媒在室内机一次性把热量全放完。而ABC系统有两个”放热站”——先在空调伴侣放一部分(给地板),再在室内机放剩余部分(给空气)。

这就好比一个人有两个水龙头同时倒水,水缸当然比只有一个龙头时灌得更快、更满。在热力学上,这意味着总的冷凝面积增大了,系统的过冷度提高了

过冷度提高有什么好处?

  • 能效更高: 单位质量的冷媒能携带更多热量,同样的电费产出更多的暖。

  • 压缩机更安全: 通过控制空调伴侣的水泵流速,可以精确调节从冷媒中提取的热量,确保回到压缩机的冷媒有足够的过热度,避免”液击”损坏压缩机。

3.2 夏天:地板也在制冷

制冷时的流程是:室外机 → 室内机 → 空调伴侣 → 回到室外机。

注意,跟制热时的顺序不一样——制冷时冷媒先经过室内机,再经过空调伴侣。

具体来说:

  1. 1.室外机送来低温低压的冷媒;
  2. 2.冷媒先经过室内机,吸收室内空气的热量,空调给房间制冷
  3. 3.吸收了部分热量的冷媒,再经过空调伴侣,利用剩余的冷量给地板管道里的水降温,水把冷量带到地板下,地板开始供冷
  4. 4.冷媒经过两次吸热后,以较高的过热度回到压缩机。

同样,这里也有两个”吸热站”——室内机吸热(给空气降温),空调伴侣吸热(给地板降温)。 总蒸发面积增大了,过热度提高了。

过热度提高的好处:

  • 能效更高: 蒸发器被充分利用,系统制冷量增加。
  • 压缩机寿命更长: 回到压缩机的是纯气态冷媒,不存在液态冷媒进入压缩机的风险(液击)。
  • 体感更舒服: 上面有空调的冷风,下面有地板的凉感,上下同时降温,垂直温差大幅缩小。不需要把空调风速开到最大,地板在默默帮你分担制冷任务。

3.3 化霜:不吹冷风的秘密

传统空调冬天化霜时,室内机吹冷风——这是很多人的”噩梦”。

ABC系统的化霜方式完全不同:化霜时,从地板管道里取热量去融霜,室内机不需要吹冷风。

III. How Does It Work?

Cooling flow: Outdoor unit → Indoor unit → AC Buddy → Back to outdoor unit.

Note the order reverses — during cooling, refrigerant passes through the indoor unit first, then the AC Buddy.

3.3 Defrost: The Secret to No Cold Blasts

Traditional AC blasts cold air indoors during defrost. The ABC system handles this differently: it draws heat from the warm water in floor pipes to defrost the outdoor unit. The indoor unit doesn’t blow at all.

Why does this work? The floor’s thermal mass is enormous — warm water circulating beneath your feet is a massive heat reservoir. Drawing a small amount for defrost barely affects floor temperature, like taking a ladle from a hot spring.
